JUPITER 11, ST. LUCIE 7: Jupiter advanced to the Florida State League championship series by eliminating St. Lucie in a winner-take-all Game 3. Starter Chase Huchingson surrendered six runs in 3 1/3 innings as St. Lucie fell behind, 6-1. The Mets tied the score with a five-run fifth that included a two-run triple by Danny Muno and two-run double by Richard Lucas. Jupiter answered with three runs a half-inning later, when John Church issued a bases-loaded walk, then Hamilton Bennett surrendered a double that allowed two inherited runners to score. St. Lucie won a club-record 83 games during the regular season. Box
