Ohio State leads 38-0 at halftime before a stunned crowd of 89,759 at Memorial Stadium. The Buckeyes have completely controlled the line of scrimmage, and received outstanding individual performances by CB Jeff Okudah, QB Justin Fields, RB J.K. Dobbins and others. Ohio State outgained Nebraska 378-76, as Fields accounted for three touchdowns (2 pass, 1 rush) and Dobbins ran for 114 yards. Okudah recorded two of the team's three interceptions against a bewildered Adrian Martinez.

Justin Fields and Ohio State are dominating play so far, leading Nebraska 17-0 after scoring 10 points off of Adrian Martinez interceptions (both by Buckeyes CB Jeff Okudah). Fields continues to show poise, not making risky throws and running when needed. The Buckeyes have a 185-67 edge in total yards. Nebraska seemed to fins something with the Dedrick Mills-fueled option attack and must get points on its next drive to hang around.
