Cloutier returns, for at least one more year

The rest of the league and many Vancouver fans aren't confident in him, but the
Canucks are giving goalie Dan Cloutier at least one more chance to prove himself.

Cloutier, a restricted free agent, signed a one-year, $2.5 million deal Tuesday
and gets another chance to redeem himself after a spotty playoff performance.
Some in Vancouver won't be as patient, but Cloutier doesn't see it as a
last-chance contract.

"I haven't looked at it that way, I just wanted to get a deal done," Cloutier
told the Vancouver Province.
