Vlad Jr. to have MRI after leaving with sore knee

Toronto's Vladimir Guerrero Jr. left Saturday's game against Seattle after two innings because of a sore left knee. Guerrero missed more than a month in the minors last season because of a strained ligament in his left knee.

David Schoenfield ESPN Senior Writer

With the tying run on first base with no outs in the bottom of the ninth, Aroldis Chapman had a great duel with Vladimir Guerrero Jr. as Guerrero fouled off seven pitches with two strikes before finally grounding into a 6-4-3 double play on the 13th pitch. Bo Bichette then singled on a 3-2 slider before Chapman finally fanned Cavan Biggio on another 3-2 slider to close out the 1-0 victory -- and a split of the four-game series.
