Other teams desperately need to make deals but don't have the assets to make one that will really help. For these teams, the trade deadline might come and pass with a lot of frustration …

Milwaukee Bucks: No team faces a bigger quandary heading into the deadline. Michael Redd holds the future of the franchise in his hands. He will be an unrestricted free agent this summer. He has said all the right things about re-signing with Milwaukee publicly, but privately the talk remains that he'd like to return to his hometown and play with the Cavs if they'll make him a big offer.

The Cavs will, and the Bucks know it. Losing Redd without compensation would be a devastating blow to the franchise. They don't want to trade him, but they may have no choice.
