Best Case Scenario The Heat will end their two-year absence from the playoffs if the following three things happen.
The Heat need Lamar Odom and others to give up the ball every now and then.
1.They successfully share the ball. Brian Grant may not care for shots, but Eddie Jones, Caron Butler, Lamar Odom and Dwyane Wade all do. They're all scorers. That'd be a big problem for a lot of coaches, but Pat Riley commands enough respect that the transition won't be difficult.
