Frank Ntilikina's been cleared to practice by the Knicks and will practice with their G League team, the Westchester Knicks, on Tuesday, since the NBA club is off following a back-to-back. Ntilikina will likely join the Knicks on Wednesday for their game against Utah but it's unclear if he'll play. The second-year guard has missed 23 games with a groin injury. He's officially listed as questionable for the game against the Jazz.

Milwaukee makes it official on the signing of Tim Frazier. The guard will earn $210,692 with Milwaukee incurring a $196,553 cap hit. Frazier is eligible to play in the postseason because he was waived by New Orleans on Feb. 28. Milwaukee is currently $250,423 below the tax. Because guard Tony Snell has playoff bonuses in his contract, Milwaukee becomes a taxpayer for the first time since 2002-03 if they win the NBA Championship.
