JERSEY CITY, N.J. -- Almost halfway through my national journey, I finally found another state with lots of talent. I recently completed a trip through New Jersey, and believe me, this state is loaded with blue chippers at just about every position. Today, I will take a look at the state's top offensive players, while I'll tackle the defensive players in my next report.

It's not a great year for quarterbacks in the state of New Jersey. Right now, the top guy appears to be Drew Willy (6-5 210) from Randolph. I'm impressed with his arm strength, poise and accuracy. Last season, Willy threw for 1,472 yards and 17 TDs. Nebraska, Notre Dame and Michigan are as top three schools, but he's also looking at Michigan State, Maryland, Rutgers, Virginia, UConn and NC State.
