Editor's Note: Insider has teamed with Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook, long known as the Bible of college basketball, to provide a comprehensive look at all 326 Division I teams.

Sparked by a renewed emphasis on defense, Georgia Southern surged to a 13-game win streak, another share of the South Division title and a 21-victory season, which ended in the semifinals with an overtime loss to Chattanooga.

Just a couple of free throws separated Georgia Southern from a shot at the SoCon crown and an NCAA Tournament berth. Nobody will be surprised this season if the Eagles takes that next step, because despite losing top post player Frank Bennett (15.3 ppg, 6.4 rpg), they're loaded.
