Oklahoma tried its best to let Texas win the game early, with turnovers and bad field position, but the Longhorns couldn't capitalize once again, and it's the same old story for Mack Brown and his players. What else is there to say?
California, on the other hand, looked like the second-best team in the nation in a 23-17 loss to USC. The Golden Bears have been able to move the ball in recent years, and tailback J.J. Arrington has given that offense another dimension, but it was always the defense that held them back.
