Saturday's matchup might be a preview of this year's Big 12 Championship game. The Sooners are in the driver's seat in the South Division, and they can secure their third consecutive appearance in the conference title game with a win. An Oklahoma win, or Texas loss, over the next two weeks would send the Sooners to Kansas City.

Nebraska is coming off a loss to Iowa State that dropped the Huskers out of first place in the North Division. Nebraska now stands at 3-3 in Big 12, tied with the Cyclones for the lead in the division. Although they no longer control their own destiny, the Huskers are still alive in the championship race. The Nebraska-Oklahoma game has long been one of the top matchups in college football.
