Hundreds of players already have changed teams, but with the draft still to come, there's plenty of time to continue plugging holes. Where are those holes? Scouts Inc. has made its list of needs for all 32 NFL teams:

Inside Linebacker
Tedy Bruschi started to experience numbness, blurred vision and severe headaches shortly after the Pro Bowl and was taken to the hospital, where it was determined he had a stroke. Optimists point out that Bruschi's relatively quick release from the hospital is a good sign, but the severity of the stroke remains unknown at this point. There is a chance doctors won't clear him to play and the 31-year-old could retire regardless of what the doctors say.

Even if Bruschi returns next season, New England must get younger here. While Ted Johnson is coming off a strong season, he is on the downside of his career at 32 and has had had some problems staying healthy. There is a chance 37-year-old Roman Phifer will retire, 32-year-old Don Davis is an unrestricted free agent who may not return and 30-year-old Larry Izzo makes his biggest contributions on special teams.
