Ravens need No. 2 receiver beside Mason

Hundreds of players already have changed teams, but with the draft still to come, there's plenty of time to continue plugging holes. Where are those holes? Scouts Inc. has made its list of needs for all 32 NFL teams:

Outside linebacker
New defensive coordinator Rex Ryan is expected to run more 4-3 schemes, and 2003 first-round pick Terrell Suggs, who lacks great cover skills, will line up at end when Baltimore goes to this front. With Suggs frequently moving from linebacker to end, Adalius Thomas and Peter Boulware will compete for the starting job on the strong side. Thomas appears to be the front-runner in that competition, and he's versatile enough to line up on the weak side should Boulware start on the strong side.
