Hundreds of players already have changed teams, but with the draft still to come, there's plenty of time to continue plugging holes. Where are those holes? Scouts Inc. has made its list of needs for all 32 NFL teams:

Offensive Tackle
Houston lacks an upper echelon left tackle who can get movement in the running game and, more importantly, protect 2002 first-round pick David Carr's blindside. While he has good size and he works hard to sustain his blocks, 2003 third-round pick Seth Wand hasn't progressed as hoped and may be a better fit at guard. It doesn't help that ROT Todd Wade is a far better run blocker than pass blocker because it forces the Texans to give both of their tackles help in pass protection.
