Hundreds of players already have changed teams, but with the draft still to come, there's plenty of time to continue plugging holes. Where are those holes? Scouts Inc. has made its list of needs for all 32 NFL teams:

Running back
The great Emmitt Smith has retired and there are plenty of questions concerning who will replace him. Although Marcel Shipp flashed the ability to develop into an every-down back during the 2002 and 2003 seasons, he missed all of last year because of a fractured leg that had to be surgically repaired.

Troy Hambrick, who has re-signed, is coming off a season-ending foot injury and has failed to take advantage of opportunities to win the starting job in the past. Damien Anderson, who also has re-signed, provides good depth, but he lacks ideal elusiveness and vision.

New offensive coordinator Keith Rowen will place a greater emphasis on the run, so adding a back who is capable of carrying the ball 20 to 25 times a game such as Auburn's Carnell Williams is critical.
