Overall: King redshirted in 2000, started nine games in 2001, started 11 games in 2002 and started all 12 games in 2003. The only game he missed prior to his senior season in 2004 was vs. Florida Atlantic in 2002 because of chicken pox. He finished the 2003 season with 73 tackles, 16.5 TFL and nine sacks. King missed six games because of a broken leg (suffered vs. Pittsburgh) as a senior in 2004 but he had tremendous production in five games that he did play, finishing with 31 total tackles, 10 TFL and 4.5 sacks. King has minor durability concerns following his season-ending broken leg in 2004 but in all reality that was a fluke injury and he was very durable prior to it.
