Overall: Randall saw action in all but three games during his freshman season in 2001, he started 12 games in 2002 and he started 13 games in 2003. Randall had his best season as a senior in 2004, when he led the Hokies to a 10-3 record while completing 55.6-percent of his attempts for 2,264 yards with 21 TD's and nine INT's. He also rushed for 511 yards and three TD's. Randall is a developmental prospect that needs to improve his ability to read defenses and find the open man when the primary receiver is covered.
