ESPN FC's Janusz Michallik provides his predicted top five for the upcoming La Liga season.
Athletic Bilbao's opener at Sporting Gijon on Sunday was stopped for one minute after Inaki Williams was the target of racist chants.

Athletic Bilbao has condemned racist abuse directed at their Spanish striker Inaki Williams during their La Liga opener at Sporting Gijon on Sunday.

The 22-year-old Williams, born in Bilbao to a Ghanaian father and Liberian mother, was targeted by a section of Sporting fans during Athletic's 2-1 defeat at El Molinon stadium.

Midway through the first half, referee Carlos Clos Gomez halted the game for one minute following those abusive chants aimed at Williams.

Athletic Bilbao beat Dortmund while Leverkusen win in friendlies

New Borussia Dortmund signing Andre Schurrle says he's excited 'like a child' to play in front of the Dortmund fans.
Mario Gotze played for Dortmund for the first time since his return from Bayern Munich this summer.

Markel Susaeta scored the only goal as Athletic Bilbao defeated Borussia Dortmund 1-0 in a preseason friendly in Switzerland on Tuesday.

Dortmund's Julian Weigl lost possession and Athletic took advantage with a fine series of passes before Susaeta slotted home at the near post in the 20th minute.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang missed a penalty for Dortmund shortly before the break and a minute later Christian Pulisic struck the inside of the post, but there would be no equaliser.

Mario Gotze and Andre...
