Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino believes his side could have converted more chances against Middlesbrough.
Son Heung-Min was pleased with his brace, but feels Spurs should do better with converting their chances.

The week ahead could define the season for Tottenham Hotspur. Mauricio Pochettino's team have an arduous, 3,500-mile round trip to Russia to play CSKA Moscow in the Champions League on Tuesday and then return home for a crucial league match against Manchester City five days later.

Spurs began strongly and were two goals ahead inside 23 minutes as the home side appeared to have no answer to their craft and pace. Middlesbrough were also hampered by some poor defending and Tottenham should have gone into the break three or four goals to the good. Moussa Sissoko had...

1. Tottenham edge tight encounter

Tottenham's 2-1 victory over Middlesbrough at the Riverside on Saturday demonstrated why they could win this season's Premier League title -- and why they still have work to do.
